ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-078 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR A REZONING FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY TO R-2 TWO- <br /> FAMILY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3645 CHELMSFORD ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on September <br /> 20, 2005, regarding a request for a rezoning from R-1 Single Family <br /> Residential to R-2 Two-Family Residential for the property located at 3645 <br /> Chelmsford Road; <br /> WHEREAS, the planning commission recommended that since the applicant was <br /> unable to appear die to a family emergency and the 60-day was set to <br /> expire, they moved to deny the request.
