ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-079 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED ON KENZIE TERRACE <br /> WHEREAS,the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on September <br /> 20, 2005, regarding an administrative subdivision of property for the following property: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, St. Anthony LaNel Addition PID Nos.: 07-029-23-24-0352 <br /> 07-029-23-24-0354 <br /> 07-029-23-24-0356 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that pursuant to the City's agreement <br /> with Autumn Woods Partners Limited Partnership, upon closing the property on October <br /> 29, 2004, that these properties would be administratively subdivided in order to meet the <br /> requirements of recordation with the County of Hennepin. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,the Planning Commission recommended <br /> Council approve both (a) the administrative subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, St. Anthony <br /> • LaNel Addition for conveyancing and real estate tax purposes into Parcels A and B, as <br /> described on Exhibit 1 attached hereto and (b) the combination of said Parcel A for the <br /> purpose of zoning with the following properties: <br /> 2534 Kenzie Terrace (07-029-23-23-0008) <br /> 2538 Kenzie Terrace (07-029-23-23-0007) <br /> 2542 Kenzie Terrace (07-029-23-23-0006) <br /> 2546 Kenzie Terrace (07-029-23-23-0005) <br /> 2548 Kenzie Terrace (07-029-23-23-0004). <br /> Adopted this 27th day of September, 2005. <br /> f - 0-- <br /> ayor <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: f <br /> City pager <br />
