CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-085 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY FOR USE OF YARD WASTE MANAGEMENT SITES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony met with representatives from Ramsey County to <br /> discuss the possibility of non-Ramsey County St. Anthony residents <br /> utilizing the Ramsey County yard waste sites; and <br /> WHEREAS a proposal from Ramsey County was received which the City of St. <br /> Anthony would initially pay $5,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County Commissioners passed a motion to adopt the joint <br /> powers agreement contingent upon the approval of the St. Anthony City <br /> Council. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves the joint powers agreement with Ramsey County for use of <br /> yard waste management site. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of October, 2005. <br /> Ma or <br /> ATTEST: Ali <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> is <br />
