• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-089 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING HLB TAUTGES, REDPATH, LTD AS THE <br /> CITY AUDITOR <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony received Request for Proposal's for auditing services from <br /> several firms; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff reviewed the prospective auditing firms to determine the services they <br /> provide; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff select five finalists that were interviewed by a panel of City Staff; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff discussed its recommendation with the City Council on November 1, 2005, <br /> to appoint HLB Tautges, Redpath, Ltd., to perform the auditing services for the <br /> City. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves HLB <br /> • Tautges, Redpath, Ltd. to perform the services and role of the City Auditor. <br /> Adopted this 22"d day of November, 2005. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: &&W46 <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> ger <br /> • <br />
