OCITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 05-092 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT WITH <br /> GREATER METROPOLITAN HOUSING CORPORATION. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony agrees to contract with GMHC for the implementation of <br /> housing programs for St. Anthony Residents; and <br /> WHEREAS, the housing programs will be provided to the residents of St. Anthony through the <br /> Housing Resource Center—Northeast; and <br /> WHEREAS, the housing programs provided by GMHC allow for a variety of affordable and life- <br /> cycle housing in St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the housing programs provided by GMHC also assists the City in its goal of <br /> preserving and improving the Community's housing stock, thereby providing <br /> opportunities for home ownership; and <br /> OWHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony agrees to contribute to the Community Reinvestment Fund <br /> that supports the Housing Resource Center—Northeast in order to benefit the <br /> residents of St. Anthony. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the <br /> contract with Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation with a fee of$12,500 for 2006. <br /> Adopted this 22`h day of November, 2005. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> OCity anager <br />
