CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 06-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL <br /> DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby designates <br /> that Bremer Bank, N.A. of St. Anthony as a depository for the funds of the City and that <br /> said bank shall also be the bank for this City with respect to any/all other banking <br /> services required or used by this City. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this notice shall continue in force until December 31, <br /> 2006, or until written notice of its revision or modification has been received by said <br /> bank. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said bank deposit such securities in the amount and <br /> in the manner required by law. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Finance Director be authorized to accept such <br /> securities as collateral as required by law, and that said collateral be held at the Bremer <br /> Bank of St. Anthony for safekeeping. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall transmit to the Bremer Bank, <br /> N.A. of St. Anthony a copy of this resolution. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of January, 2006. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration <br /> City anager <br /> FACouncil Meetings\2006\01102006\depository for city funds.doc <br />
