CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 06-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br /> 2006 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has <br /> been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> 2006 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction,replacement, or new construction of <br /> sanitary sewer,water main and storm sewer lines on the following streets: <br /> 1. 30`x'Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Wilson Street <br /> 2. Murray Avenue <br /> 3. Roosevelt Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 30th Avenue NE <br /> 4. Coolidge Street from St. Anthony Boulevard to 29`h Avenue NE <br /> 5. Alley south of Murray from Wilson Street to Roosevelt Street <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br /> 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$2,000,000. <br /> 2.
