CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 06-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A POLLING LOCATION CHANGE <br /> WHEREAS, registered voters residing in Precinct 1, Hennepin County of the <br /> City of St. Anthony voted at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church <br /> in previous elections; and <br /> WHEREAS, due to confining space limits and St. Charles obligation to many <br /> groups, a new location for said polling place must be established; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, after consideration of available locations, it has been determined <br /> that the most favorable polling location is Autumn Woods, 2580 <br /> Kenzie Terrace; and <br /> • WHEREAS, said location is in compliance with Minnesota Statues. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves relocation of the polling place for the registered voters <br /> of Hennepin County,Precinct 1, to Autumn Woods, 2600 Kenzie Terrace, in the <br /> City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of January, 2006. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City 41anager <br /> • <br />
