ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 06-019 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR 2006 STREET <br /> AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan <br /> for the above-referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br /> according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br /> advertisement: <br /> Contractor Total Bid <br /> 1. Friedges Contracting Co., LLC $1,626,603.89 <br /> 5. Three Rivers Construction $1,652,642.64 <br /> 6. Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. $1,675,401.80 <br /> 7. Park Construction $1,779,886.33 <br /> 8. G.L. Contracting, Inc. $1,830,895.30 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction, Inc..of Rogers, MN is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1.
