CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 06-021 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village in cooperation with Ramsey Conservation District <br /> have completed a Wellhead Protection Plan, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village Wellhead Protection Plan has been approved by <br /> the Minnesota Department of Health <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> That the Wellhead Protection Plan is accepted and adopted.
