CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 06-026 <br /> APPROVE PRELIMINARY LAYOUT NO. 3 <br /> FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SILVER LAKE ROAD (CSAH 136) <br /> FROM ST. ANTHONY BLVD. TO 37TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony is the official governing body of the City of <br /> St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Transportation Department has prepared Preliminary Layout No. 3 <br /> dated January 30, 2006 (Hennepin County Project 0524) for the improvement of Silver <br /> Lake Road(CSAH 136) from St. Anthony Blvd. to 37th Avenue NE; and <br /> WHEREAS, Preliminary Layout No. 3 is consistent with the City of St. Anthony's Transportation <br /> Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County and the City of St. Anthony will continue to work cooperatively toward <br /> the final design, construction and completion of this project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County has requested City Council approval of Preliminary Layout No. 3 for <br /> • the Silver Lake Road(CSAH 136) improvements. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the St. Anthony City Council approves Preliminary <br /> Layout No. 3 (Hennepin County Project 0524) for the improvements to Silver Lake Road (CSAH 136) <br /> from St. Anthony Blvd. to 37th Avenue NE and the following: <br /> 1. Hennepin County is hereby authorized to acquire all rights-of-way,permits, and/or easements <br /> required for said improvements in accordance with Preliminary Layout No. 3. <br /> 2. The City of St. Anthony agrees to ban the parking of motor vehicles at all times, and to provide <br /> enforcement for the prohibition of, on-street parking for the non-parking sections of Hennepin <br /> County Project No. 0524. <br /> 3.
