ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 06-031 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR A CONDITONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br /> ALLOWING AN BEAUTY SALON LOCATED AT 2501 — 38TH AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 21, <br /> 2006, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for beauty salon at <br /> 2501 — 38"' Avenue; <br /> WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that this use would be appropriate <br /> as a conditional use with the conditions that have been proposed by the <br /> City which are listed below: <br /> 1) Licensure of salon employees by the State Board of Barbers and <br /> Cosmetology; <br /> 2) Compliance with State and County Public Health Regulations for Salon <br /> Operations; <br /> • 3) No external signage advertising the salon's services or location; and <br /> 4) The salon exists for the convenience and service of The Landing's residents. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended City <br /> Council approve the conditional use permit for a beauty salon located at 2501 — 38th <br /> Avenue. <br /> Adopted this 28t�' day of March, 2006. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
