ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> • RESOLUTION 06-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR DENIAL OF A COMMERCIAL PARKING REQUIREMENT <br /> VARIANCE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3803 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held for this variance request before the City of St. <br /> Anthony Planning Commission on March 21, 2006; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Planning Commission listed its Findings of Fact as <br /> part of their recommendation to the St. Anthony City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 28, 2006 at the regularly scheduled City Council the City Council <br /> reviewed the Planning Commission's Findings of Fact and heard a project <br /> description from the Developer; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council found that the Developers did not have an undue <br /> hardship based on the unique character of the site, that the undue <br /> hardship was created by the property owner, that the variance request <br /> was based on economic hardship, and that the Developer could eliminate <br /> the need for a parking variance by reducing the size of the proposed <br /> building; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony does hereby deny the <br /> Developer's variance request for commercial parking at 3803 Silver Lake <br /> Road. - <br /> Adopted this 28th day of March, 2006. c � <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> - &Aaft�vv,4 <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: ,. <br /> City Ma ger <br />
