• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 06-048 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (TIF) POLICY <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council for the City of St. Anthony deems it advisable and <br /> in the best interest of the City of St. Anthony to adopt policies <br /> relating to Tax Increment Financing (TIF); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council intends that these policies not be construed as <br /> exclusive but instead to provide general guidelines for addressing <br /> TIF in the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, in enacting these policies, the City Council acknowledges that <br /> special cases and variations may be required based on the <br /> particular facts present in any given situation; and <br /> • THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> does hereby adopt a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Policy. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2006. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: �:4 <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br /> F:\Council Meetings\2006\05232006\040506 resolution adopting TIF policy.doc <br />
