CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 06-053 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR A CONDITONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br /> A TANNING SALON AT 2922 PENTAGON DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 16, <br /> 2006, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for a body tanning <br /> salon at 2922 Pentagon Drive (Silver Beach Tanning Salon); <br /> WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that this use would be appropriate <br /> as a conditional use with the following conditions: <br /> 1) The applicant obtain the required State certifications for a tanning <br /> salon and personnel; <br /> 2) The hours of operation are consistent with the shopping center and do <br /> not extend beyond 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; <br /> 3) The applicant has all of the required inspections, i.e. building and fire. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended City <br /> Council approve the conditional use permit for a tanning salon at 2922 Pentagon Drive. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2006. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: buxuKa(&i( <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> FACouncil Meetings\2006\05232006\res06-054tanning salon.doc <br />
