• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 06-060 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Police Department entered into a grant <br /> agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety,Office <br /> of Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober <br /> Communities during the period of October 1, 2006 through <br /> September 30, 2007; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department Chief is hereby <br /> authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are <br /> necessary to implement the project on behalf of the St. Anthony <br /> Police Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, that the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department is hereby authorized <br /> to be the fiscal agent and administer the grant on behalf of the St. <br /> Anthony Police Department. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council <br /> approves Resolution 06-060 Authorizing Execution of Agreement between the St. <br /> Anthony Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety ,Office of <br /> Traffic Safety. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of Lune 2006. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: �G <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> ity Ma ager <br /> • <br /> F.-!Council Meelingv11006106171006res06-060police exec io fggreementdoc <br />
