ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 06-067A <br /> A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE FOSS ROAD LIFT STATION <br /> IMPROVEMENT AND THE FOSS ROAD LIFT STATION UTILITY IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted, plans and specifications were <br /> prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br /> 1. Sanitary Sewer in 391h Avenue from Silver Lake Road to Foss Road Lift <br /> Station <br /> 2. Foss Road Lift Station forcemain from the Lift Station to the City of <br /> Roseville <br /> 3.
