ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 06-067B <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS FOR THE REVISED FOSS ROAD LIFT STATION AND FORCEMAIN <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council bids were rejected for the Foss Road Lift Station <br /> and Utility Improvement Projects as prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with <br /> reference to the improvement of: <br /> 1. Foss Lift Station <br /> 2. Foss Road Lift Station forcemain from the Lift Station to Roseville <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvements to the Foss Road Lift Station and Forcemain in <br /> accordance with the recommendations of the Consulting Engineer. <br /> 2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They shall <br /> prepare plans and specifications for making such improvement. <br /> 3) The consulting engineering firm shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and <br /> in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvements <br /> • under such plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for two times, shall <br /> specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened in September 2006 and bids <br /> may be considered by the City Council at 7:00 p.m. on September 26, 2006 in the Council <br /> Chambers of the City Hall. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration <br /> of the bid will be given an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility.
