ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 06-076 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 27, 2006, a report was <br /> prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to sidewalk and street light <br /> improvements of: <br /> 1. Highcrest Drive from 37th Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br /> 2. Old Highway 8 from 33rd Avenue to 29`h Avenue <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that: <br /> • 1) The Council will consider the sidewalk and street light improvements of such streets in <br /> accordance with the report at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$679,640. <br /> 2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br /> They shall prepare plans for making such improvement. <br /> Adopted this �� day of VL ' 2006. <br /> N16Y <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> ity anager <br /> K."101626-231ResolutionslResolution 06-076.doc <br />
