ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 06-077 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 8, 2006, a report was <br /> prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br /> 1. Pahl Avenue from Roosevelt Street NE to Wilson Street <br /> 2. 27th Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Coolidge Street <br /> 3. Roosevelt Street NE from 27th Avenue NE to the alley north of Pahl Avenue <br /> 4. The alley north of Pahl Avenue from Roosevelt Street NE to Wilson Street <br /> 5. The alley south of Pahl Avenue from Roosevelt Street NE to Wilson Street <br /> 6. The alley south of 27th Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Wilson Street <br /> 7. 39th Avenue from Silver Lake Road to Fordham Drive <br /> 8. The replacement and enlargement of the sanitary sewer main from the <br /> intersection of 39th Avenue and Fordham Drive east to Chandler Drive and <br /> north in Chandler Drive to Foss Road <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> • necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br /> at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$2,935,000. <br /> 2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
