• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> Resolution 06-085 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony recognizes that <br /> Community Services provide a variety of recreational opportunities <br /> and senior citizen activities to community residents; and <br /> WHEREAS, due to changes enacted by the Minnesota State Legislature,St. <br /> Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 is no longer allowed to <br /> levy $52,175 for the cost of operating Community Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council supports recreational opportunities and senior <br /> citizen activities for residents of the community and wishes <br /> Community Services to continue to provide these services. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby authorizes $52,175 to Community Services for 2007 and 2008. <br /> • <br /> Adopted this 14thday of November, 2006. <br /> Mayor <br /> r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: ial <br /> City Manager <br /> 0 <br /> F:\Council Meetings\2006\11142006\rescommserv.doc <br />
