CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 06-088 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2008 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COMPREHENSIVE <br /> PLAN UPDATE DRAFT FOR SUBMISSION TO ADJACENT CITIES,COUNTIES, <br /> WATERSHED DISTRICTS AND SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St.Anthony is required by Minnesota Statutes to complete <br /> and submit an update to its Comprehensive Land Use Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council selected a land use planning consultant through the <br /> Request for Proposal process for the update project, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council appointed a 12-member task force to review and advise <br /> on land us planning issues that need to be addressed in the 2008 Comp <br /> Plan Update;and <br /> WHEREAS, the planning consultant,the task force and staff have prepared a draft of <br /> the 2008 update to the City's Comprehensive Plan for a 6-month review <br /> and comment period as required by the Metropolitan Council for <br /> • adjacent cities,counties,watershed districts and school district;and <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony does <br /> hereby approve the submittal of the draft of the City's 2008 <br /> Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update for a 6-month review and <br /> comment period as required by the Metropolitan Council for adjacent <br /> cities,counties,watershed districts and school district. <br /> Adopted this 28th day of November, 2006. <br /> L• - <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for administration: <br /> �YAWV <br /> ity M a er <br />
