• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 07-013 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT WITH <br /> GREATER METROPOLITAN HOUSING CORPORATION. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony agrees to contract with GMHC for the <br /> implementation of housing programs for St. Anthony Residents; and <br /> WHEREAS, the housing programs will be provided to the residents of St. Anthony <br /> through the Housing Resource Center - Northeast; and <br /> WHEREAS, the housing programs provided by GMHC allow for a variety of affordable <br /> and life-cycle housing in St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS,the housing programs provided by GMHC also assists the City in its goal <br /> • of preserving and improving the Community's housing stock, thereby <br /> providing opportunities for home ownership; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony agrees to contribute to the Community <br /> Reinvestment Fund that supports the Housing Resource Center - Northeast <br /> in order to benefit the residents of St. Anthony. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the <br /> contract with Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation with a fee of$12,500 for 2007. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of Tanuary 2007. <br /> M yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Review for Administration: <br /> City Ma ger <br />
