CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 07-017 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY'S <br /> 2006 PAY EQUITY IMPLEMENTATION REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Department of Employee Relations is statutorily <br /> authorized to require Minnesota Cities to submit a Pay Equity <br /> Implementation Report every three (3) years;and <br /> WHEREAS, this pay equity report is required by State statutes 471.991 to 471.999 to <br /> prove compliance to the State's Local Government Pay Equity Act;and <br /> WHEREAS, staff have compiled and reported salaries,health benefits and job <br /> evaluation systems as of December 31 as required for the Pay Equity <br /> Implementation Report; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff have posted in accordance with Minnesota statutes an official notice <br /> in the City Hall Lunch Room and at the St. Anthony branch of the <br /> Hennepin County Library that the City has submitted its Pay Equity <br /> Implementation Report to the Minnesota Department of Employee <br /> Relations;and <br /> • WHEREAS, staff have mailed via US Postal Service a copy of the official notice of the <br /> City's submission of the Pay Equity Implementation Report to all union <br /> representatives in this jurisdiction; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony has <br /> complied with the statutory requirements of 471.991 to 471.999, Local <br /> Government Pay Equity Act, to complete and submit its 2006 Pay Equity <br /> Implementation Report to the Department of Employee Relations; and <br /> BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the City has also complied with the notification <br /> requirements of Local Government Pay Equity Act. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of January, 2007. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk._ <br /> • Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
