Shank Constructors, Inc. $375,600.00 <br /> 2. Encomm Midwest, LLC. $388,883.00 <br /> 3. Gridor Construction, Inc. $394,000.00 <br /> 4. Municipal Builders, Inc. $401,740.00 <br /> • 5. Total Mechanical Systems, Inc. $463,900.00 <br /> WHEREAS, based on the lump sum base bids, it appears that Shank Constructors, Inc. of <br /> Brooklyn Park, MN is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> I.
