ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 07-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES TO THE <br /> ASSESSMENT POLICY FOR PUBLIC ROADWAYS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council,that the City of St. Anthony <br /> Assessment Policy for the upgrade of public roadways be revised and updated. <br /> The following revisions and updates are proposed: <br /> 1. Detail the City's policy to replace concrete roadways with bituminous <br /> roadways in future street reconstruction projects. <br /> 2. Clarify the assessment rate and justification for water main service <br /> replacement. <br /> 3.
