ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 07-029 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE MIDDLE <br /> MISSISSIPPI WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br /> WHEREAS, the Middle Mississippi Watershed Management Organization and the <br /> City of St. Anthony entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for the <br /> Adaptive Management Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony was presented a donation from the Middle <br /> Mississippi Watershed Management Organization; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony will apply this donation to the purchase of a new <br /> • street sweeper per the Memorandum of Understanding that was executed <br /> in December 2006. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby accepts the donation from the Middle Mississippi Watershed Management <br /> Organization to the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of March, 2007 <br /> layor <br /> ATTEST: Lfiti"� <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: 1 <br /> City i&dker <br /> FACouncil Meetings\2007\031307\resMMWM0 donation.doc <br />
