• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 07-046 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE INTOXICATING <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE FOR ST. ANTHONY RESTAURANT GROUP, INC.; <br /> DBA THE VILLAGE PUB AT 2720 HIGHWAY 88 <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant,St. Anthony Restaurant Group, Inc., received their <br /> intoxicating liquor license in September 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Restaurant Group, Inc., has maintained their intoxicating <br /> liquor license in good standing with the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant, St. Anthony Restaurant Group, Inc., has completed the <br /> necessary application process for the transfer of the intoxicating liquor <br /> license; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department has conducted a conclusive <br /> background check on all shareholders in the corporation. <br /> • <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the Transfer of <br /> the Intoxicating Liquor License for St Anthony Restaurant Group, Inc.; dba The Village <br /> Pub. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of Lune 2007. <br /> f Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: A/ / <br /> - <br /> City anager <br /> 0 <br />
