• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 07-065 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENTERING AN INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH JOHNSON CONTROLS <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has been working with Johnson Controls in a preliminary <br /> project performa and business case analysis to identify areas of concern in <br /> the City of St. Anthony's infrastructure and energy efficiency; and <br /> WHEREAS, Johnson Controls with the assistance of City staff have completed an <br /> initial assessment of the St. Anthony facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, Johnson Controls has indicated the preliminary analysis states that an <br /> infrastructure improvement program will generate an estimated energy <br /> and operational savings of$46,000 and energy efficiency upgrades could <br /> reduce energy costs by $26,600 annually; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has received a Project Development Agreement <br /> (PDA) for an Infrastructure Improvement Program from Johnson Controls <br /> where Johnson Controls will evaluate in-depth several areas of the city <br /> for improvement; and <br /> WHEREAS, Johnson Controls indicates that the final in-depth engineering and <br /> operational analysis will provide enough net savings to cover the program <br /> development costs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed program is in compliance with Minnesota State Statute <br /> 471.345; and <br /> WHEREAS, if Johnson Controls meets the criteria as state in the agreement and final <br /> proposal is not accepted by the City of St. Anthony, the City would pay an <br /> amount not to exceed $20,000 within 60 days of receiving the final <br /> proposal. <br /> • <br /> Z:\Council Meet ings\2007\082807\res Johnson controls doc <br />
