• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 07-080 <br /> RESOLUTION CALLING BONDS, <br /> FOR REDEMPTION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony(the "City"), as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The City has issued and has presently outstanding its General Obligation <br /> Improvement Bonds, Series 1997A, its General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 1999A, and <br /> its General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2003D (together, the "Bonds"). <br /> 2. The Bonds maturing after February 1, 2008 are subject to redemption and <br /> prepayment by the City on February 1, 2008, and it is hereby determined to call all of the outstanding <br /> Bonds which mature after February 1, 2008 for redemption and prepayment on February 1, 2008 in <br /> accordance with their terms. Officers of the City are hereby authorized and directed to take all <br /> actions necessary to provide for the redemption and prepayment on February 1, 2008 of all the Bonds <br /> maturing after February 1, 2008, and all actions taken to date by the officers of the City in connection <br /> with such redemption and prepayment of the Bonds are hereby ratified and affirmed. <br /> • Adopted this 11'' day of December, 2007. <br /> M yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: — <br /> Ci anager <br /> • <br />
