• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY RESOLUTION 07-083 A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISTEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE ST. ANTHONY WATER REUSE PROJECT WHEREAS, WSB &Associates, Inc. has prepared a Feasibility Study for the reuse of filter backwash water and stormwater runoff from the City Hall Complex: WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has received funding for the project in the amount of $1,200,000 from the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization: WHEREAS, The City has received additional cost participation from the Rice Creek Watershed District and Hennepin County for the construction of the water reuse project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: • 1. WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement, and they shall prepare plans, specifications, and bid documents for the improvement. 2. WSB & Associates, Inc. shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin, Advertisement for Bids upon making of such improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The Advertisement shall be published for two times, shall specify the work to be done, shall state a date when bids will be opened, and bids will be considered by the City Council. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid will be given an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, Cashier's Check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the City of St. Anthony for five percent of the amount of such bid. • KU 745-02UDMIMResolvtion"S 07-083—120407.doc
