ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE INTOXICATING <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE FOR APPLEBEE'S RESTAURANTS NORTH,LLC.,DBA <br /> APPLEBEE'S RESTAURANT AT 2800 - 39TH AVENUE. <br /> WHEREAS, American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, received their intoxicating <br /> liquor license in January 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, the American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, has maintained their <br /> intoxicating liquor license in good standing with the City of St. Anthony; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant, Applebee's Restaurants North,LLC., has completed the <br /> necessary application process for the transfer of the intoxicating liquor <br /> license; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department has conducted a conclusive <br /> background check on all officers and employees in the corporation. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council Approves the Transfer of <br /> the Intoxicating Liquor License for Applebee's Restaurants North, LLC.,dba Applebee's <br /> Restaurant at 2800-39th Avenue. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of January 2008. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: l � � <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> • City Manager <br />
