• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 08-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> TO ENTER A CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF <br /> SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared final plans and specifications for the <br /> reconstruction of Silver Lake Road between St. Anthony Boulevard and 37`h <br /> Avenue NE: <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared Agreement No. PW 59-10-07 for County Project <br /> No. 136, <br /> WHEREAS, This agreement estimates the total cost of the project to be $8,452,478, with the <br /> City of St. Anthony contributing$3,128,745, <br /> WHEREAS, These costs will be revised to reflect the actual bid and construction costs for <br /> Silver Lake Road. <br /> • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. Authorizes City staff to enter into Agreement No. 59-10-07 with Hennepin <br /> County for the reconstruction of Silver Lake Road between St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard and 37`h Avenue. <br /> 2.
