• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-019 <br /> APPROVAL OF THE CITY OWNED FACILITY AGREEMENTS WITH THE ST. ANTHONY <br /> SPORTS BOOSTERS AND ST. ANTHONY-NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 <br /> ALONG WITH THE SNOWPLOWING AGREEMENT FOR THE ST. ANTHONY-NEW <br /> BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT#282 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony was advised by the League of Minnesota Cities to have <br /> agreements in place regarding city owned property that is utilized by outside <br /> agencies; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff discovered that the City did not have any written documentation <br /> regarding these facilities;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City presented these agreements to the St. Anthony Sports Boosters and St. <br /> Anthony-New Brighton School District;and <br /> • WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Sports Boosters and St. Anthony-New Brighton School District <br /> have approved of the agreements. <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approves the <br /> City Owned Facility Agreements with the St. Anthony Sports Boosters and the <br /> St. Anthony-New Brighton School District#282 along with the Snowplowing <br /> Agreement for the St. Anthony-New Brighton School District#282. <br /> Adopted this 11thday of March,2008. <br /> 0 _nkk�� <br /> Mayor Pro Tem <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
