CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING ITS 2008 COMMUNITY CENTER FUND BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, State Law requires that the City Council to approve budget revisions to its <br /> operating budget;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and St. Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 have <br /> re-negotiated their rental lease; and <br /> WHEREAS, this agreement was approved after the expenditure portion of the budget was <br /> approved;and <br /> WHEREAS, the 2008 Community Center Fund Expenditures Budget for Maintenance Repairs <br /> Building will increase by$25,000 <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1) The 2008 Community Center Fund revenue and expenditure budgets are <br /> amended as follows: <br /> 0 Original 2008 Revenue Budget $213,200 <br /> Total 2008 Revenues $213,200 <br /> Original 2008 Expenditure Budget $188,200 <br /> Add: Maintenance Repair Building Expenditures $ 25,000 <br /> Total 2008 Amended Expenditures $213,200 <br /> Adopted this 11th day of March, 2008 <br /> 0 <br /> Mayor Pro Tem <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: Adl j X_ <br /> Iry City Vanager _ <br /> 0 <br />
