• <br /> CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 08-021 <br /> APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> WITH THE ST. ANTHONY/NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> FOR THE UPCOMING 2007 ELECTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony (the "City") and the St. Anthony/New Brighton <br /> Independent School District No. 282 (ISD #282), desire to perform their <br /> elections in odd numbered years; and <br /> WHEREAS, ISD #282 has approved having a Special Election in 2008; and <br /> WHEREAS, the MN State Statute 205A.05 indicates that the election officials for a <br /> special election are the same as for the most recent school district general <br /> election unless changed according to law; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1) the City Clerk will conduct all duties associated with the ISD #282 Special <br /> Election; and <br /> 2) All documents relating to this election will be reviewed by the School District's <br /> Secretary before publication. <br /> 3) The School District #282 will be responsible for all costs relating to this special <br /> election. <br /> Passed and adopted this 11th day of March, 2008. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> M v' <br /> i-Nianager <br />
