ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-024 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE NORTH SUBURBAN EMERGENCY <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN GROUP (NSEMPG) EMERGENCY PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Civil Defense Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 12,requires <br /> each political subdivision in the state to establish a local organization for <br /> civil defense in accordance with the State Civil Defense Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, in 1972,St. Anthony passed Resolution 07-022 authorizing the <br /> establishment of a civil defense organization for the Village; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Chief of St. Anthony has been participating in the NSEMPG and <br /> created a universal Emergency Management Plan that would be <br /> • implemented by several cities throughout Hennepin County. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby adopts the North Suburban Emergency Management Plan Group (NSEMPG) <br /> Emergency Plan. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of March, 2008. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City anager <br /> 0 <br />
