ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE GAMBLING LICENSE FOR <br /> LIONS CLUB OF NORTHEAST MINNEAPOLIS AT THE VILLAGE PUB LOCATED <br /> AT 2720 HIGHWAY 88 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 06-054 allowing the Lions Club of <br /> Northeast Minneapolis at The Village Pub located at 2720 Highway 88; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the license for the Lions Club of Northeast Minneapolis needs to be <br /> renewed every two years with the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has determined that the gambling operation at <br /> 2720 Highway 88 by Lions Club of Northeast Minneapolis has not had any <br /> • negative impact on the city. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the renewal of the Gambling License for Lions Club of Northeast <br /> Minneapolis at the Village Pub located at 2720 Highway 88. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of March, 2008. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> C1Aityiia ger <br /> • <br />
