• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFERRING OF FUND TO THE 2007 STREET <br /> RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT FUND <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 2007 Street Reconstruction Project for the <br /> amount of$4,450,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the anticipated costs of completion of the 2007 Street Reconstruction Project <br /> is $4,630,000. A shortfall of$180,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has the 2007 Water Treatment Plant Filter <br /> Improvements were under budget by $150,000 and the Street Reconstruction <br /> Account balance from previous projects of$38,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the sum of these two fund accounts expunge the $180,000 shortfall in the <br /> 2007 Street Reconstruction Project Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • that: <br /> 1) $188,652.24 be transferred to the 2007 Street Reconstruction Project Fund from <br /> the following funds: <br /> i. $ 38,652.24 from Fund #504 Street Reconstruction Fund. <br /> ii. $150,000.00 from Fund #701 Utility Fund Water Treatment Plant <br /> Improvements. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of May, 2008. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: �� <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> ity M pager <br /> Z:ICouncil Meetings110081051320081Restrnnsferring of ind to the 1007 street.doc <br />
