• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE RESOLUTION 08-037 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PROPOSAL FOR FACILITY ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR THE FROM SEBESTA BLOMBERG AND ASSOCIATES, INC.,WITH THE FUNDING SOURCE FOR THIS PROJECT BEING HRA PROJECTS FUND #319 WHEREAS, the City Manager and staff met with Sebesta Blomberg representatives to discuss the facility needs of the St. Anthony Village City Buildings; and WHEREAS, Sebesta Blomberg has submitted a proposal to provide a facility energy assessment of the mechanical and electrical systems and building envelope for St. Anthony City Hall, Fire Station, Public Works Facility, Water treatment Plant, Well Houses, Central Park Pavilion,Silver Lake Village Liquor Store and Marketplace Liquor Store in an effort to make recommendations related to: (1) system replacement costs due to age and operating condition and (2) improving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the buildings to achieve overall energy savings for the City; and • WHEREAS, the costs proposed to provide the above scope of services for is $28,500 including expenses. This also includes the clause that if the scope of the work should change as the project progresses, Sebesta Blomberg would not expend effort beyond the fixed fee amount without written authorization from the City of St. Anthony; and WHEREAS, the funding source for this project would be HRA Projects Fund #319. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approves the Proposal for Facility Assessment Services from Sebesta Blomberg and Associates, Inc., with the funding source for this project being HRA Projects Fund #319.
