ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 08-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER REUSE <br /> FACILITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan <br /> for the above-referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br /> according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br /> advertisement: <br /> Total Bid <br /> Contractor (Base Bid, Concrete Tank <br /> Alternate, Landscaping <br /> Alternate) <br /> 1. Graham Penn-Co. Construction, Inc. $1,283,998.75 <br /> 2. Park Construction Company $1,687,842.41 <br /> • 3. Lametti & Sons, Inc. $1,963,080.00 <br /> 4. Veit& Company $2,098,870.25 <br /> 5. Rice Lake Construction Group $2,468,572.50 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Graham Penn-Co Construction, Inc. of Eagan, MN is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. The selected alternates for the above-referenced project shall include Alternate 1 and <br /> Alternate 5, in addition to base bid items. <br /> 2.
