The requested Conditional Use Permit is considered necessary or <br /> desirable at the subject location to provide a service or a facility <br /> which is in the interest of public convenience and will contribute <br /> to the general welfare of the neighborhood or community. <br /> WHEREAS, The Planning Commission also added as a condition that the Twin Cities <br /> Christian Assembly receive an occupancy permit from the Fire Department <br /> and Building Inspector, as appropriate. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony has completed its <br /> consideration of the request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for <br /> the Twin Cities Christian Assembly to provide services for the Chinese- <br /> speaking members of our community at 2526 Hwy 88 #535, Northgate <br /> Business Center, Commercial Zoning District and do hereby approve this <br /> request from Mr. Julius Chu, dated June 19, 2008. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of july,2008. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Oki Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for administration: <br /> /A==�— <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
