• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 008-049 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SAFETY ASSISTANCE TO THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY-NEW-BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 DURING <br /> THEIR 5K RUN THAT WILL TAKE PLACE ON AUGUST 26,2008 <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony -New Brighton School District #282 will be holding a 5K <br /> Run/Walk on August 26, 2008 in conjunction with back-to-school <br /> workshop and to promote staff wellness ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony - New Brighton School District #282 has requested Public <br /> Safety Assistance during this event. This would include the St. Anthony <br /> Police Department,St. Anthony Fire Department and St. Anthony Public <br /> Works Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, the race will begin and end at Fitness Crossroads with the same race <br /> layout as the Villagefest. <br /> • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> Village hereby agrees to provide Public Safety Assistance to the St. Anthony- New <br /> Brighton School District #282 during their 5K Run that will take place on August 26, <br /> 2008. <br /> Adopted this 12�h of August, 2008. <br /> &&9�bwd ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> r <br /> Review for Administration: ' <br /> City anager <br /> • <br />
