ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-052 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR 2009 STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 10,2008,a report was prepared <br /> by WSB&Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br /> 1. Chandler Drive from County Road D to Foss Road. <br /> 2. Foss Road from Chandler Drive to City limits. <br /> 3. Construction of concrete sidewalk and decorative street lighting along <br /> Chandler Drive and Foss Road. <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary,cost effective,and feasible. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at <br /> • an estimated total cost of the improvement of$2,708,000. <br /> 2) WSB&Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
