• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-056 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT <br /> OF PUBLIC SAFETY, OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department entered into a grant <br /> agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of <br /> Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober Communities during <br /> the period of October 3, 2008 and September 14, 2009; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department Chief is hereby authorized to <br /> execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement <br /> • the project on behalf of the St. Anthony Police Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department is hereby authorized to be the <br /> fiscal agent and administer the grant on behalf of the St. Anthony Police <br /> Department. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves Resolution 08-056 Authorizing Execution of Agreement between the <br /> St. Anthony Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office <br /> of Traffic Safety. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of September, 2008. <br /> r Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City M nager <br /> ZACouncil Meetings\2008\09092008\ressapd safe and sober grant.doc <br />
