CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08 - 057 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLOSE LANDSCAPE TO BEGIN THE DESIGN <br /> DEVELOPMENT, CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, BIDDING AND <br /> CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION FOR THE EMERALD PARK <br /> RENOVATION PROJECT WITH THE TOTAL BUDGET OF$1,408,000 <br /> WHEREAS, the Parks Commission has been working with Close Landscape <br /> Architecture in the redesign of Emerald Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, Close Landscape Architecture presented a redesign plan to the St. <br /> Anthony City Council in 2006; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council tabled the project for future consideration; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Park Commission revisited the redesign of Emerald Park at their June <br /> 9, 2008 meeting and have adjusted the monetary figures to reflect pricing <br /> • for 2009; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has established funding for the Emerald Park <br /> Renovation project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council approves the redevelopment of Emerald <br /> Park . <br /> BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council authorizes <br /> Close Landscape Architecture to begin the design development, construction <br /> documents, bidding and construction administration for the Emerald Park Renovation <br /> with the total budget of$1,408,000 <br /> Given my hand and seal this 9th day of Setemb 2008. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> lCityia'na/ger <br />
