ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 008-059 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR <br /> THE SECOND TUESDAY IN DECEMBER, TO THE SECOND <br /> MONDAY IN DECEMBER, FOLLOWING THE TRUTH-IN-TAXATION MEETING <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council meets regularly on the second Tuesday of each month, <br /> December 9th; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is required to have a Truth-In-Taxation meeting which is <br /> scheduled to be held in the beginning of December; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council will change the regularly scheduled meeting from <br /> December 9, 2008 to December 8, 2008 following the Truth-In-Taxation <br /> Meeting. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby changes the City Council meeting scheduled for the Second Tuesday in <br /> December, to the Second Monday in December following the Truth-In Taxation <br /> Meeting. <br /> Adopted this 9t" day of September, 2008. q <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: / <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> 40tyMmger <br /> I <br />
