• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 08-065 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE <br /> 2008-2010 HENNEPIN COUNTY RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County has made a portion of its Municipal Recycling Grant Revenues <br /> available to participating and eligible cities; and <br /> WHEREAS the City of St. Anthony has completed the required grant application; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funds will be used for the City's source-separated recyclables program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves the submittal of the 2008 -2010 Hennepin County Municipal <br /> Recycling Grant application and entering into a contract for this program. <br /> • Adopted this 14`h day of October, 2008. <br /> 4ayor ; <br /> r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: /0 <br /> City Ma ager <br /> • <br />
