ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 008-066 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR <br /> DECEMBER 23, 2008 TO DECEMBER 15, 2008 AS A CONTINUATION OF THE <br /> TRUTH-IN-TAXATION MEETING <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council meets regularly on the fourth Tuesday of each month, <br /> December 23rd; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is required to have a continuation of the Truth-In- <br /> Taxation meeting within a certain timeframe from the original date of the <br /> Truth-In-Taxation meeting which is scheduled for December 8, 2008; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council will change the regularly scheduled meeting from <br /> December 23, 2008 to December 15, 2008 as the continuation of the Truth- <br /> In-Taxation Meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby changes the City Council meeting scheduled for December 23, 2008 to December <br /> 15, 2008 as a Continuation of the Truth-In-Taxation meeting. <br /> Adopted this 14thday of October, 2008. <br /> • 4ayvor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> 'IN119 Mahager <br /> • <br />
