• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 08-071 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING HLB TAUTGES, REDPATH, LTD AS THE <br /> CITY AUDITOR FOR AUDITING YEARS 2008, 2009 AND 2010. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony received a Request for Proposal for auditing <br /> services from Tautges Redpath, Ltd; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff reviewed the prospective auditing and consultant services <br /> Tautges Redpath provides; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff discussed the proposal with the City Council on November 5, 2008, <br /> to recommend the appointment of HLB Tautges, Redpath, Ltd., to <br /> perform the annual auditing services for the City. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves <br /> • HLB Tautges, Redpath, Ltd. to perform the services and role of the City Auditor for <br /> auditing years 2008, 2009 & 2010. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of November,2008. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
